If you are judging based on recent opportunities blown by making poor decisions, there are some other teams which would be in the same tier. The Clippers fans feel nearly the same about Paul George as Houston does about Westbrook, and they also gave up a ton of picks. Their locker room seems to be in worse shape than Houston's and apparently the players are not happy with PG. There are a handful of teams which seemingly were handed success on a silver platter and managed to blow it by making a major mistake or two and taking steps backwards. -LAC -PHI -HOU -MIN -NYK I am sure many in PHX and ATL also feels like they made recent major franchise altering draft mistakes that will haunt them for some time.
