JVG is what this team needs and would be a dream come true to have him as our coach again

The problem with Jeff is he lets his stars get theirs but the role players are just there to defend.

Role players' production on Offense were greatly reduced.

They did not have any green light to shoot.

I'd rather have him as a defensive coordinator.

Lionel Hollins reverted back to being one.

What happened to Sam Cassell ? We already know JVG will only coach defense and no offense just like before!

Lue please. Van gundy trying to score 85 pts to win is played out.

If it's practice, preparation, and attention to details, which is what Harden alluded in his post game 5 interview. JVG fits.

The article is bullshit, we're not even a week into not having a coach, so there's no way we've already limited our choices to those 2.

I don't like either one, Lue even less. Maybe they can be assistants.

This is simply not true on any level. That’s some Skip Bayless level **** to even say.

You do realize the ENTIRE reason Blatt was fired because the exact opposite of what you just said was true right?

That David Blatt was entirely disrespected by LeBron. Kyrie followed that lead, and Kevin Love didn’t like his role in the offense(He was much better with Ty Lue the two and half seasons after Blatt left).

I think Ty Lue will sell himself to Tilman in a way that gets him hired.

Because he actually has credibility to sell.

And his coaching track record, personality traits, and relevance to the job for the modern game far outdoes JVG.

    He’s clearly the better candidate.

Much rather give Sam Cassell a shot than Ty Lue.

I’m open to JVG if the goal is to bring in somebody established and someone that will command the locker room.

He absolutely has to have an elite offensive assistant, though.

Sam ET Cassell, Jeff Van Gundy, Kelvin Sampson and Kenny Atkinson are way better choices

Please stop mentioning Kevin Love! Kevin Love was good 6-7 years ago. Now he's just Kevin Sorta Kinda Like.

JVG with a offensive coordinator would be a great match. JVG does not like high scoring guards
