    Eat a dick.

Don't tell what to do and it's very telling that you can form an opinion based on clips.

Show me one example of me justifying this film,my issue is with the lack of outrage on these pageants that happen every weekend.

Where was the outrage over Toddlers and Tiaras or the other shows who were showing this type of stuff on TV.

    Kiddie p*rn?

    Really?

You can find stuff like this on youtube.

    Who actually would watch this?

apparently a lot of people... just checked it and it’s in the Netflix top10 in the US. Maybe that’s due to the controversy ...

    It’s rated MA for language.

I have no interest in watching it.

Well, according to IMBD's Parents Guide, there are 7 warning on Sex & Nudity and 1 on Profanity. The sexual content is considered severe and the profanity moderate. I don't know how their parent's guides work, I think it would tend to skew towards being extra cautious, but it seems like the major issue with the movie is sexual content. And since the stars of the movie are children... o_O

The hypocrisy among the right is deafening. Child pageants okay..... social commentary about the sexualization of young girls is not?

If anyone knows about child p*rnography it's middle aged men.....

Seriously.... why is it not okay to have a movie but it's okay to do it in real life?

I think it's all pretty vile. Never liked any of it, and don't know of any who do.

Point is, why are you defending it, either way?

Defending what exactly? I was pointing out the hypocrisy among folks like Ted Cruz. The religious right can’t even stop their pastors and preachers from abusing kids. They don’t stop child pageants.

The virtue signaling by the right doesn’t move me at all. You think this Cutie’s should be banned?

Because, it's artistic merit and technique. Kind of like how directors or producers insists that they show a person's brains being blown out in full view versus a silhouette or just a sound behind an object. The same, when actresses refuse to do nude scenes, but some producers and directors felt it beyond necessary to highlight the point of a plot. Her (director's) intent is supposed to make the scene overly uncomfortable for audience, which I agree was beyond effective. Too effective, to make the movie notorious. It's still someone's message. It is art, which is protected by free-speech. It's very anti-political correct, I do believe that's what the director tried to achieve.
