    Hire the best candidate that wants to coach the Rockets and that will have the best impact on whatever roster you put out there. There are great black coaches, and great black potential coaches, but who is to say they want to coach this team? I would have loved to get Shane Battier, but I guess hes got a great front office job with the Heat and is on the path to becoming an analytics focused GM one day.
