You can’t make this stuff up. The ONLY like made by ashleyem... :D The guy that wanted to pay Dedmon, Nick Young or Michael Beasley the money that PJ got.

    :D:D:D

    Clutchfans never disappoints.

If the biggest weakness is PJ because he can't match up well with Anthony Davis, then wouldn't the biggest weakness be Mike Antoni for trading away Clint Capella and putting PJ out there to guard AD?

PJ defends AD better than Clint did.

How soon CF forgets little details like this.

Can PJ block or alter shots in the paint as well as Clint? Can he rebound in the paint as well as Clint? Can he dunk and alley-oop as well as Clint?
Maybe PJ was good as a help defender on AD, but as the primary defender, I just don't see it. Show me proof.

OK but you don't agree PJ is too short? Why won't you guy face the music with PJ? He is OLD! PJ has nothing to do with the love of Rockets. You guys are so critical of the stars that you often over look the other players obvious short comings. *pun intended*

Clutchfans biggest weakness is “highlyrated” and I got the stats to prove it. I’ll also add how he can improve his troll game. Stay tuned.

No one is saying he sucks, he's a lot better than what we have had. Maybe that's why you guys are so attached. He boxes out, get rebounds, plays thicc defense. Obviously that's still not enough to make up for the lake of height and athleticism. If he was athletic or a lights out shooter this wouldn't even be a issue. Last game he was getting rebounds the first half. By the second half he was gassed. AD was running rampant.

Honestly, if our team had Ibaka at the center with Tucker at the 4, our team would be godly.

This is why I'm all in favor of trading EG even though I know he can give you 20ppg in the playoffs.

Also, Tucker is getting really old, I doubt he can play like this night in and out for another 2 seasons.

no need for personal name calling. Just because we have different opinions doesn't mean I don't respect yours. I never called you a nimrod or whatever.

    You are right, my apologies.

But what you stated is extremely trollish, no Rockets fan that has followed this team even if only since Capela trade could see that PJ is not only more productive but more playable.

No worries. I'm not trying to troll (like Tinman in the Lin threads).
I just happen to agree mostly with what the OP stated (no affiliation with him).
I do extremely like PJ, one of my fav players (reminds me of Mario Ellie and Chuck Hayes)
I don't like to see him put in a position where he's ineffective. And while maybe 90% of the time, we can get away with putting him at center, that being said, I think this might be one of those rare instances where it doesn't work b/c LA is too big. They got AD and a leaner Dwight Howard. I think it's too much to ask of PJ. And I can't help but think how Mike D'Antoni couldn't get this system to win a championship with his tenure with the Suns, and how it's not going to work now. He's gone too small.

That being said, maybe the Rockets can try switching faster/help PJ on double teaming AD quicker.
But they look to me (in the 4th quarter of game 3) either gassed out, lost or lazy, I'm not sure.
