@D-rock In this years playoffs House has gotten significantly more minutes than McClemore. House is +15 overall. McClemore is +39 overall. I think House should give up minutes to someone else who is contributing more, and McClemore is the obvious choice as the best 3 point percentage on the team.

McLemore is defensive liability and for some reason is missing all his shots now too.

Even Morey agrees that as the volume of possessions decreases, mid range shots become more efficient and valuable. Meaning as you get into crunch time, with your your number of possessions remaining dwindling, taking the mid range shot starts to become preferred.

Having some sets for mid range shots for crunch time should be done. Because added bonus, the Lakers wouldn't be looking for it after 42-43 minutes of concentrating on 3 pt line and the paint.

There was some key situations where harden had a one on one window with the likes of AD and passed the ba off. In late game situations k want him to shoot the ball everytime he's facings one on one situation. I also want him to make quick moved in the possesion before the defenses decide to double. This willrsd to more dribble penetration.

When Westbrook got traded to the Rockets, there was no doubt in my mind that Harden would be the weak link on defense but damn last night it's clearly shows that Westbrook is the weak link with our perimeter defense. Harden has improved so drastically on that end and Westbrook is being pushed around especially by LeBron.

House is up and down and is pretty useless trying to make a layup. He had a good one last night, but usually misses or gets them blocked. He hesitates to take a shot unless he is wide open, and usually passes if he isn't.

But......he is 19 of 53 from the arc. We need those open 3's.

The problem is Rivers and Mac arent shooting as well from the 3 and aren't as good at rebounding. Mac is only 4 of 15 from behind the arc in the playoffs.

Just finished watching the game. Not looking good. Rockets actually shot very well from 3 and still lost.

Team was tired in the 4th. They weren’t ready for the zone. That’s why adjustments are made.

Now it’s D’Antoni’s turn to counter the zone, but I am not confident. I’ve seen every playoff series since he’s coached the Rockets and he’s not very good at making adjustments.

Sadly I agree with you, hoping he does make some adjustments. But as many of the players an coach said the energy wasent there in the start of the game. We took a haymaker last night and got right back up. Tweak something’s an hopefully some wins will follow.

this team will go as far as the defense takes them. last night they were giving up wide open looks that they normally dont. Add to that the ROX were just outworked all over the court. They lost the rebounds, assists, turnovers, blocks, steals and points in the paint battle, and IMO they were still in it til the end, and it was because of poor help defense and lapses that gave up easy buckets that they couldnt hang around. Coming back from that huge deficit was awesome, and you do have to find positives - ROX need to go back to playing relaxed and care free - they tightened up last night.

Oh well. Gives the hysterical "Rocket" fans a chance to voice their concerns.

    ON TO GAME THREEEEE!!!

Well, you're not going to win any games being outscored and playing like that in the fourth quarter. Great third quarter, though. It seemed like LA was setting us up to take the fall in the fourth.

Westbrook should learn from Leborn, just use drive or slam dunk. Please dont try any jump shooting especially in 4th quarter

I agree. That is why I prefer him getting more minutes than Rivers and Mac

The negativity is mind blowing .

Russell played poorly. In the simplest analysis that’s why we lost . Some of our role players played well , so maybe it feels like wasting a good shooting game from them , but some LAL role players played well too .

the only critique I’ll make of MDA this game is that next time WB plays that badly use rivers and have Russ check his ego .

house played fantastic , can’t believe there are people in here ******** on him .

James played solid but I wish he made a few more 3’s .

Oh , we need to put in someone to give a nut shot .

MDA has been giving Ben a chance here or there . It’s not the same 7 man rotation he’s done in the past and while rivers could get more minutes , he hasn’t been lighting it up since early in the OKC series .

play better , have some calls and balls bounce your way next game and we are headed towards 2-1.
