Buddy, there are no fiscally conservative politician. Remember it is either "tax and spend" or "borrow and spend". Though I guess technically the former is more fiscal (in the near term, depends on other factors, etc).

I get you there and I agree. When I say fiscally conservative, I also mean less government. The less government we have, and the less regulations, the better off we are and the less money we're spending.

I'm sure you agree there has to be a balance. Otherwise, what you're saying means zero government is best, and that leaves us as feral bands of mud people, or at best Medieval cities surrounded by serfs living in their own filth. (Okay, I guess we are close to that already, LOL.)
Yes, I do agree we do not need to be feral bands of mud people lol. I just think government has gotten way too overarching and would be better served by letting states government's be a tad more powerful. I also think nationally, there is more money to be made by the government, through things like legalizing recreational drugs and making corporations pay their fair share of taxes.
