Biden has said this a number of times at his speeches and it’s obvious he’s being a bit humorous about his senior staff like Simone Sanders etc. being meticulous and tight on keeping him on message. Apparently Jill Biden too is very much in this role as well and all of us men love to joke about our wives giving us hell but we love them for it.
