Then they can leave the government job and try to make it in the public sector if they can’t handle it peacefully.

There was one 17 year old from out of state whose firearm wasn't confiscated nor was he arrested until he was charged with double murder.

    https://www.kbtx.com/2020/08/30/bryan-isd-quick-to-condemn-employees-social-media-comments/

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Bryan ISD wasted no time Saturday in condemning remarks made on Facebook by an employee of SFA Middle School and said the matter would be investigated.

The district’s response came as screenshots of the now-deleted remarks on a news media’s Facebook page were being widely shared by parents and concerned citizens on Facebook.

The employee was responding to a story about basketball players who were participating in a boycott this week and said last time I checked you colored folks are getting paid very well to keep us entertained. Why don’t you get about your own people killing one another White man keep a black man down, he’ll rise up and show thrvworld [sic] you are worthy.”

After the screenshots were shared with KBTX, we reached out to the school district’s spokesperson to make him aware of what happened. Moments later the school district posted the following response on Bryan ISD and SFA Middle School’s Facebook page:

    https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...g-his-instagram-post-dismissing-nba-protests/

On Thursday, former Chicago Bears star linebacker Brian Urlacher took to Instagram to share some controversial comments on the entire situation, and singled out the NBA players' strike in the process. The Bears were not happy about what Urlacher had to say.

"Brett Favre played the (Monday Night Football) game the day his dad died, threw 4 TDs in the first half, and was a legend for playing in the face of adversity," Urlacher posted in an Instagram story. "NBA players boycott the playoffs because a dude reaching for a knife, wanted on a felony sexual assault warrant, was shot by police."

Following Urlacher's post, the Bears were quick to make it clear that they don't share Urlacher's opinion regarding Blake.

"The social media posts in no way reflect the values or opinions of the Chicago Bears organization," the Bears said in a statement

The NFL game Urlacher was referencing took place in 2003.

He also liked an Instagram post that called for Kyle Rittenhouse, who is accused of opening fire on a group and killing two people during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to be released from police custody.

    _______________________________________________________

I keep getting surprised how deep this runs, you would think that after playing over 10 years with a majority of Black guys Urlacher would at the very least know better and keep his thoughts to himself but even his grievance runs so deep he had to speak publicly.

And then you keep seeing all of the people saying stuff on facebook or other public forums because they just have to show how aggrieved they are.

Its starting to get frightening how pissed these people really are and explains a lot why Trump keeps that 40% I just never realized that much of america felt this way.

The more I think about it the more its frightening.

Seriously, WTF. These assholes don’t need to be in law enforcement and the kicker needs to be charged with assault.

Guys like Urlacher know damn well about the subject. They do not care, they feel strongly about, are white males and are not used to being called out on it. So they see what happens and it really really angers them to the point they speak their mind and everyone is horrified and then they go back into their cave again.

This is what I caution people about with the Presidential election. White people can know society thinks racism is wrong of society wants social justice. That doesn’t mean they feel that way behind closed doors on in the private voting booth.

This is 90% the same country that elected Trump 4 years ago.

Things are changing and actually pretty fast, but not as fast as they should.

Don’t be mistaken, there were a lot of white people, especially men that saw the Floyd and Blake shootings and thought: “If only they stupid ****** had listened to the police there would be no problems. That’s what you get for not submitting.”

Yeah I get it and it's very scary, I don't why him saying this surprises me so much.

It just shows you it's not as easy just being ignorant or unaware.

This is definitely not as easy as Trump being voted out the rot is deep here.

The truth is, around the world there is a bias against black people. I did not want to believe it and in many cases did not believe it... but I have been almost everywhere and I see it everywhere.

The rest of the world points to America but racism against blacks in America is far far less than what I have seen in Europe and Asia and South America. To be clear, racism needs to be addressed and fixed in America... my point is that it is so incredibly pervasive and ingrained that it is a constant fight.

Look at Urlacher. He had black teammates. His roommates in college were black. He had several very close friends on the team that were black. He dated black women. He had a son with a woman that is half black.

Yet here he is, tweeting what he did. He fails to view it as a racial issue... but would feel quite different if it were his brother or son.

Have you ever been to China or other Asian countries? The black hate is real over there. I’ve seen it first hand (I’m not Asian, but do business there like most of this country).

It’s ridiculous and quite frankly, disconcerting. We are better than this and most Americans I know are friends with all races. There are more interracial relationships in this country than anywhere in the world by far.. Why the hell is this going on here......

Yes I have been to China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and a few others. Many people in China absolutely hate black people. They also think there is nothing wrong with racism. Large parts of Asia has a culture of hate Towards black people.

It is happening here in the USA because we are the most open culture in the world. We freely discuss our problems in public, we criticize what we don’t like in public and everything about our nation is discussed now. That isn’t the case in the rest of the world. There is racism in the USA against African American’s... it is pervasive and multi generational and so engrained that it is hard to remove.

Imagine how airline pilots feel now as they have higher death rates.

Have you thanked your local airline pilot today for their service?

    Airline Pilot lives matter.

This guy will move you to tears with his words. Please take the time to hear him through. He is a master of words and expression. This is powerful stuff.

I'd be interested in hearing your opinions. I felt his message needed to be heard.

Yeah thats something that I have all ways noticed most other races dating a black guy is taboo even Hispanics as I came up but that seems to be rapidly changing.

Did not know all of that about Urlacher and it makes it even more bewildering.

It is getting better and it will continue to get better. I just think sometimes people think we are already there and that isn't the case.

I know you are joking so this photo isn't directed at you but I hate it when people apply the "cancel culture" shtick to public servants like teachers and cops.

You can't expect a cop or teacher to enact fair judgement especially if they kids or citizens you are judging are people of color when they share racist sentiments online. Those are the exact proffesions were I have no issue with "cancel culture".

That's why in terms of law enforcement at least, it should be a requirement for neighbors with majority PoC to have some type of panel with community elders who can deny recruits based off of examining their social media history.
