True but it’s not inconsistent with how he’s talked for years tbh. You can find 12 second clips to make anyone look senile, even someone in their 30s if they do enough public speaking. Not saying Biden is a master orator, but I think the dementia angle is a non-story when it comes to presidential fitness
I’m not a huge fan of “what-about-isms,” but in this case it is unavoidable. You cannot seriously have a problem with what Biden said, knowing that it was most likely caused by a stuttering problem that he has had to deal with his whole life, and ignore the many instances of Trump having far worse speech mishaps. Or the fact that apparently Trump recently might have had a stroke. If you are actually concerned about cognitive abilities affecting job performance then surely you are saying the same thing about Trump, right? Maybe you are and I haven’t seen it. If so I apologize. I would recommend listening to full Biden and Trump speeches and then make a determination on who is “losing it.” Also, I thought the dementia talk died down after Biden’s convention speech. Are people still trying to make that happen?

I thought the dementia talk would die down after the, what was it, 7 or 8 primary debates? Plus the one-on-one with Bernie. If Biden can hold his own in a debate, what does it matter if he stutters through parts of speeches?

Nothing is going to pass until Nov.2. Every stupid thing they can throw at Biden and Harris will be hammered mercilessly. This is an existential battle between Democracy and Fascism. Their side considers truth, morality and civility necessary sacrifices, with glee I might add, to retain control of the People.
Did you watch his acceptance speech? I'm betting no, and you are relying on opposition campaign montage edits. And if we are in the age of Presidentin' by Tweet, his tweets have been much more Centrist, advovating against violence and presenting coherent policy initiatives. Where are Trump's policies? Where is that GOP Healthcare Plan he said he would present, in two weeks, at the end of the month that just ended. He's got nothing.
How would you see in a debate how Foreign leaders respect or disrespect either one? You can say anything, and he does, but we will get a lot farther with democratic allies like Europe and Canada than we will with autocratic allies. Say, how is it better to have no atomic treaty with Iran over , well, any treaty about atomic weapons in Iran?
No, not really. Perhaps it eventually will be it hasn’t so far. He has given some interviews and he gives statements. He doesn’t need to say anything as long as Trump compares police shootings to missing a golf putt and talks about imaginary Biden operatives in all black taking over a plane.
