Yep. A lot of people romanticize MLK Jr but his peaceful protests were not liked. He was not some beloved figure until after the fact and how people look back fondly on him now. Also, just goes to show you that people that want to see the bad in BLM and protests pertaining to it, will. They'll ignore the good of it and they will say "I agree with your message but now how you go about achieving it...and therefore I reject the message entirely." MLK Jr wrote about this very thing too.
