    Apparently if you’re guarding someone who is dribbling you can touch the ball mid dribble allowing them to stop dribbling then start dribbling again.

    these refs are literally dumb.

    how can you employ refs this dumb?

    What happened to his shot during the covid shutdown is truly mystery. I'm thinking the man didn't touch a basketball during the 3-4 months off and was just chillin.
