I hope we don’t rush Russ back. We don’t need him to win this series.

Just need Harden and Mike d to wise up A bit.... maybe a lot.

    But Rockets in 6.

if the refs did their job properly we would be at least 3-1 up in the series. The end to game 3 in regulation turned this series around

They should have brought him off the bench for 10 or 15 minutes. Bringing him back in Game 5 would bring a lot of pressure to himself and the team which tried to integrate him in the lineup.

Doesn’t, nothing changes, no impact on his inside efficiency.

    Long standing myth.

It was not a mistake, they should have taken this game without him. But with series leveled we need his energy on game 5

With only 2 days break between games, it doesn't help with getting him back

The bench has to show up, that is the key. whichever bench has scored more has won the games

The question is.....Do we risk Westbrook in game 5 or do we hope we can pull off the win. If he can't run at his explosive self, it is no point him playing

If he doesn't play game 5, this thread is irrelevant

How in the world are these players playing meaningless games and heavy minutes as well?? All year, every year.

we put zero effort into sustainability and injury prevention. How has Keith had this job since I’ve been alive??? Every year.. same story

Cp3 durability in question, ok let’s trade him for Russ. Now Russ has the same issue. Keith is the common denominator every year. Let’s not even bring up Yao and TMacs careers.

Why do we keep on blaming refs for our playoff struggles? The common factor here is MDA and Harden. MDA because he doesn't hold Harden accountable and Harden because he's the type of personality that needs a stern coach like Pop.

Do slam dunk to increase accuracy, it is the way Leborn always uses. I think refs unfair treat can use accuracy and points to win a match for reply.

Rockets made a mistake relying on Harden to be our Championship savior. He's not built for it. I've said this for 5 years now.

Great scorer, regular season performer, but no champion. Tired to defending this guy.

correct. This is why we were so close in 2018 with a true alpha, clutch performer in CP3. Wonder if Russ can be that guy if he can healthy?

Did the Rockets make a mistake not winning just one of the last two games?

Russ MUST play the next game. I dont think its fair to thrust him into disqualification games after such a swing of momentum and THEN expect him to contribute and 'save us' ... let him get his feet wet in game 5 if he gets hurt then he gets hurt what is another few days going to really do for a soft tissue injury anyway?

I need Russ' fire, intensity and leadership when all hell is breaking lose. His relentless mid-range attack would also be astronomically helpful regardless of output.

Definitely need Russ. We just can’t rely on Eric Gordon as the second option. Russ brings a different element to which is faster pace
