What's weird to me.... the approach to game 1 offensively... looked a lot like what Chris Paul was advocating for during the final series he played for this team... look how easy it made the game on Harden too. BUT - the team has to be hitting those 3's for it to work.
I guess Green gave Jeff Green his green light! I would love to see some Harden-Green pick and roll to the lob action. Greens got excellent hands. They’ll have to respect his jump shot too. Pick n roll to the basket or green steps back for the wide open 3. Or Harden lobs to green and dunks all over someone’s face.
I’m still amazed at his handles at his height. He was dribbling the ball up and I kept waiting for the awkwardness you see from big men and he went around the back and too the hoop! Seems like he has played for half the teams in the NBA but maybe he has finally found a home.
