You can’t convince non Rockets fans to be Rockets fans

I like twitter but I never post on it. I just follow a bunch of people that I like and then scroll my feed when I'm bored. Lots of good info and funny posts about sports/politics or whatever else you're interested in. Engaging with other people on twitter has never really interested me. You can only read so many "bro u think JH is efficient he only shoots 44% foh" posts before you lose interest in responding to anyone.

Yup. Nobody gives af what 100 random posts from twitter say every single day. Why tf does anyone care

it’s one thing to post actual legit news to keep people informed. It’s another to completely spam the board literally all day long from morning to night. This isn’t clutchfans twitter. It’s clutchfans a discussion board

I think @LosPollosHermanos loves all the 100 tweets Per day though lol

I willingly and eagerly embrace your hate.

Your rabble of posters who actively hate on the Rockets, whether players, coaches or FO is literally in the archives on CF.

Anyone can do a simple search, especially since you've listed all their names for all to see.

    LOL

    Love the twitter.
Don't post/interact on it but follow for news/sports.
I try to stick with 'reputable sources' but sometimes not.
If I find it "interesting" or "noteworthy", figures others might as well so bring it back here.
I know I'm an otherwise **** poster, negative poster, not a very good poster (and you shouldn't take me seriously) but you, CF, put up with my **** and have given 77K likes for posting twitter content. So not deserving & don't post it for the likes but seriously, thank you.
A full page of @D-rock twitter posts is maybe a tad excessive but who am I to say? :D
@zeeshan2 @DaBeard @D-rock and a few others, keep scooping what I miss. ;) (Kidding ... y'all are great. Keep it coming.)

I love your stuff and you were one of the reasons I stayed on CF after some of the best posters left.

You allowed me to catch up on my favorite team in one place, you would not believe how convenient and helpful that was.

I only started posting Rockets content because I saw some great articles and analysis online unavailable on the board and wanted to share it. Some poster let me know that they liked the content and encouraged me to continue.

But I have a life (even in quarantine LOL) and if what I'm doing is a burden to CF i will stop. I just refused to be bullied by misanthropes.

I do all of this out of love, this is the truth. I do not do this for likes, I give more likes than i receive and i prefer it that way.

And J.R. was one of my inspirations truly and we do not thank you enough for the service you provide CF. Not just posting common content, but content behind firewalls and transcripts as well.

Based on the poll so far, it's only a few people who keep reposting tweets at an outrageous level

Those who live in glass houses and all that...

I think there are a number of posters on CF who could tone down their frequency and rhetoric and make for a more enjoyable CF experience for all...

...and I'm probably on that list for at least a few patrons... ;) lol

I chose the d-rock option because the poll brought the same amount of useful info as random ppl tweeting hate.

I don’t have a twitter account. 99.99% of the tweets I read are posted on this message board.

You post news which is very different from hot takes or opinions of non rockets fans

if I really wanted to see that much twitter there’s a site called twitter
If I want to see all the ESPN hot takes there’s a site called ESPN

Also people use twitters cause they can’t think for themselves
I have an opinion of players and coaches based on watching games
Some people just that they need that extra tweet from some random Russian bot to boost their manufactured outrage or opinion

oh no Bill Simmons or Collin Coherd doesn’t like Harden
I’m going repost 50 tweets of Harden playing
    Well

if you really have an issue with Simmons or Coherd
They have their own shows and sites
Why the hell does Clutchfans care about non rockets fans ?

What Utah fans don’t like the rockets ? Oh my god
    That’s groundbreaking stuff

Twitter is very useful and full of great information. You do have to sift through the nonsense but that’s easy enough.

Anyone who’s not on Twitter is missing out on a lot of great content, basketball and otherwise.

    It’s not being on twitter
It’s the overuse of twitter reposts on Clutchfans
For people who just want to find a narrative
Example I want Clutchfans to be outraged that non rockets fans hate Harden
They go to twitter and retweet 100 of the I hate Harden tweets and expect Clutchfans to react in some type of shock

It’s also easy for people with no opinions to have one by copying some else’s

oh Scottie Pippen tweets that PJ Tucker needs to rebound more
Oh I’ll copy his tweet ! So much easier than me watching the game and having my own opinion on PJ
