why do people call us a young team

    today during the game the announcers were calling us a young team and saying thats why we make mistakes. But news flash we are not young. Only yao and boki are yong.

    you're considered young until you goto the playoffs and lose a few years. They're still young in the fact that none of their players (maybe JJ) is on the downside of their career... yet.

    It really depends what you consider 'young'. I think the best way to put it is that the Rockets' most important players (i.e. Ming, Francis, and Mobley) are all yet to enter their prime.

    Young has nothing to do with it...skills and smarts do.

    We were young. But since we acquired JJ, MJax, Spoon and got rid of Posey, KT,etc, we are now old.

    No, they are not young, they only have young IQ relative to their age.
