I heard that Yao didn't attack Shaq as he did before because he probably wanted to keep himself from potential injury, which is not good for playoff. Probably that's JVG's concern too.

Cool, where'd you hear it from? The people demand credentials.

Err, is this just some more sina spin or do we actually have quotes from YM. I mean this is the website that said that Yao grabbed a rebound away from Cato and Cato glared at Yao with jealousy.

I don't know about sina. But that rebound business is true. I saw it in one of the games. It was Cat, though. Not Cato.

it sounds to me like an excuse for yao's off night. everybody's got off nights, there's no need to make an excuse. yao was saving himself? that is lame. were not in the playoffs yet.

i highly doubt that. cat really couldnt give less of a s**t if yao got his rebound or not.

I think that's a woosy excuse. He is the go-to man on this team. Most of those guys on the Lakers team is playing through injury (Bryant, Malone, etc.). He needs to step up, be a man, and take on Shaq next time.

I remember that rebound. It was pretty funny. Yao graps it away from Cat and then Mobes gives him a funny look. Yao then taps him on the stomach just to let him know, "Come on, it's aight dawg...er Cat."

But the Cato thing was another incident that the sina people blew all out of proportion. Someone on this board translated it. I'd dig it up if "search" was available.

Seriously, how big of a tip would bring "search" back? Maybe we can run a telethon or something.
