My take from all of this ... that lady was very agitated and detaining her was a tricky proposition .... much like trying to detain an unruly drunk person . she was on all 4’s so not a very threatening position , but the slippery surface (was it really slippery ?) added an element that increased the difficulty of restraint . def not worthy of a tazing . And as we saw from the video it was difficult to control her just physically. So my solution ... we start arming police with tranquilizer darts. Make it a blow-gun so it doesn’t look like a real gun and spook people . didn’t say I had a good take
