    Is there such a thing? I have this situation where this dude likes my SO's posts first any time of day, any day, all the time, every time. It's freaking creepy. Is there a program of some sort that does this?

    I don't Instagram, but you could set YouTube to alert you when someone posts a video. Maybe Instagram does something similar.
