The man has a body of work that is impressive with his youth commitment. I refuse to accept his guilt until proved. Justice's column this morning was intersting, but so, too, were Worrell's comments.
Nobody is. Dont throw accusation to a whole group like that. One play we all know has a decent lifestyle, the big fellow from China!
I applaud Bill Worrell for standing by Calvin. I think a lot of people tend to desert their "friends" in these types of situations, or at the very least distance themselves or make P.C. comments. I like the way Bill came out and said "I support Calvin Murphy 100 percent".

well, the way i took it is that obviously DFWRocket is privy to some information that you are not privy to...which, ironically, would make you ignorant according to his POV. you'd be surprised what some people know about other people....let's just say that i knew about this info (murph allegations) b4 it hit the board. that said, it isn't always prudent to speak up....

His lawyer is right about one thing, Murphy's reputation will never be the same. Innocent until proven guilty in court, not in society.
I think Murphy's analyst career can continue if he's acquitted. But, his basketball camp wouldn't recover.
Well if he does know something than I am the ignorant one. But I have a hard time believing he knows what goes on in Murphy's personal life. Even if he has met him, and seen his off camera personality. His post sounded more like a personal bias against him, saying that he never liked him.
why is that so hard to believe? think about it....murph has FOURTEEN kids. how hard is it to believe that this guy may know one of murph's kids? or that he knew one of murph's exes?
This is unbelievable. I just found out at lunch time today. I had no idea what had happened to Murph during the game. I have just been in a daze all day after hearing this news. I truely is shocking. Thats the only way I know how to describe it. I am speechless.
Even so, what does being a wife beater have to do with being a child molestor. That's the problem with the statement DFW Rocket made. He didn't believe it because one of his kids told him about these allegations, he believed it because Murphy is an alleged wife beater. That's not logical. We all have our flaws. That doesn't mean we're pedophiles.
