    I am old enough to remember when people were upset the word "Oriental" was no longer to use when referring to a person of Asian heritage.

    the master-slave scheme is commonly used in MPI programming. Now I am thinking I might have to go back to modify my codes.

    Unless you are Steve Kerr, which apparently can call Yao Ming a “Chinaman” and nothing happens in large part because he is a liberal and Asian slurs are way down the list for outrage.
