Glad i don't live in MN...can't even imagine what will happen in the future. While something is happening but as mentioned before. If the top doesn't change, nothing will change. Top - leaders who define the policies and guidance for their town, city, state, district, etc etc. Change - leadership that is about action...not about talking and looking good. Real Change only happens when you have a leader who believe in the "IDEA"...not lip service or magic wand waving ability to shift the focus from Point A to Point B.
