Said months after DOJ investigating the Obama administration through a special prosecutor. The Durham probe specifically is mandated to investigate the "ORIGINS" of the Russia investigation. It's impossible to investigate that (looking for improper political motive) and not investigate Obama at the top, or everyone around him that would have given improper orders or directive to law enforcement. So its a lie to say that DOJ hasn't already been investigating Obama. Even when investigating Comey, McCabe, etc... they are in the end just surrogates to the Trump Justice Department for Obama.
To investigate they'd have to codify and categorize some actual wrongdoing. Vague insinuation and innuendo is the gift that keeps on giving.
In other words, we couldn't believably gin up anything on Obama or Biden, so we will fall back and continue to use the term "Obamagate"...
Or, maybe more viscerally, will Barr want a future administration investigating his actions? I mean, I hope they do, but the precedent dictates that he gets to walk away from the flaming dunghill he is now building.
