im assuming he was there to say obama broke the law, which is bizarre considering his take on unlimited presidential power.
Amazing that with all the turmoil and churn in the trump administration, and all the complaining and blaming that trump and his admin has done, trumplicans have the audacity to complain about how Obama's administration acted during the transition.
Sympathize with your point. People develop a reputation. I don't listen to Michael Moore, at all, because I've seen him lie and manipulate information. He is a propagandist, even if he has a good heart in there. So maybe I will miss out on a good Michael Moore piece or interview here and there. Overall, with so many voices, and so much information, I don't think we can blame one another for tuning out those who have already proven themselves to be primarily propaganda-focused and sometimes downright dishonest. Cheers.
Not hard to understand at all- we have evidence now that we didn’t then. To many people it’s been obvious for a few years, it’s now explicit. The entire Russia collusion narrative was built on the Steele dossier, which we now know was a complete fabrication. This was known to Obama and others in his admin, including Comey. Yet they pursued Flynn, leaked to the press details of the investigation that did not jibe with the facts. See the recently released congressional transcripts. Obama and the officials named yesterday all knew Flynn was not guilty, they said they had no evidence of his guilt in sworn testimony before congress. So i ask you, why do this if not to create an impression that Trump was a stooge of Putin, and sabotage his admin at the outset? It may not be unprecedented, but i can’t think of another example in the modern era of the presidency (post WW1).
Who said that the Steele Dossier was a "complete fabrication"? It was an intelligence gathering document from a former British spy whos expertise was Russian intelligence gathering for over a decade where large parts of the dossier were corroborated and other parts have yet to be corroborated. Steele even was upfront and honest with the FBI that some of his Russian assets can be known to be excessive in their claims and he advised the FBI which parts were more credible. The dossier is only part of the larger piece for probable cause for investigation. From Trump having millions of dollars in debt and loans from a foerign bank that was fined for 600 million dollars for money laundering schemes with Russian oligarchs, to his son accepting an "loving" an email EXPLICTLY stating support from the Putin regime, to multiple members of his campaign previously being investigated for being Russian assets and mouth pieces like Manafort who backed pro-Russian leadership in Ukraine.
hahahahaha, right? I guess that was 4D Obama voodoo chess, and a Zoolander blue steel thrown in for good measure.
That's not really accurate. Based solely on Steele Dossier is false, Steele Dossier being a complete fabrication is false. During Obama's administration, the security team briefing Trump directly warned him about Flynn. You are using false information and picking and choosing the other parts that you want to use.
You can always count on it getting more and more stupid so that trump can distract from his failed pandemic response...
There is no crime. Everyone who "unmasked" Flynn had a right to access the info. It is not even clear if they saw his name.
huh. I detect a theme. A guy surrounded by a lot of criminals (for most of his adult life, mind you), and accused of many separate misdemeanors, at least, in just three years, typically wants to throw any perceived opponents in jail. Where have I ever seen such a thing in history? ... ... oh, that’s right: every time the world has observed a would-be or eventual dictator.
Agree. You know, that's what Republican has a real record of doing. See WI and MI after they lost power in 2016. I have noticed a pattern with the Republican's base. They project what their leaders have done onto others and believe in it. Care to explain why Obama warn Trump about Flynn? I'll be honest with you here. Trump is in an alternative reality. I believe he actually believe in Obamagate conspiracy theories. I believe many of his supporters absolutely believe them. I have seen your past postings (unless I'm mistaken you for another poster) and I thought you were one of the few from the right that have a better sense of reality. It shocked me that you buy into this bs crap.
Remember this all started when Obama called the US response to an absolute chaotic disaster. That's like a knife into Trump heart. And as typical him, he would lash back. Trump is going to lose this battle. Obama is 100000x more popular than him. More evidence of knee capping: The Obama Admin also knee capped the Trump admin when they left a pandemic playbook and went through a live in-person pandemic response exercise for senior incoming Trump officials in 2017.
