[Shameless Self Promotion] Like many of you I've had more time on my hands. I've been working on sound mixing and video editing and have put out a couple of exercise videos for people doing Judo. Here's something a little lighter in tone and hopefully give people a laugh during this time. It's also partially to support a local Martial Arts Store that got me the "PPE" and has been providing martial arts gear for me and my students for years, often at a discount. Ladies, Gentlemen and Clutchfans of all ages I give you Quarantine Ninja.
Far out! I noticed that you used your old “moniker” at the end. For a long time, I had a difficult time spelling the one you have now for some reason. Well, not really spelling it as much as having to type it out with my pathetic 2, sometimes 3 fingered 20 wpm keyboard “skills.” I liked it! If I wasn’t determined to maintain my anonymity, I’d make a similar effort, but without the judo, the cutting edge drumming display, the exuberant guitar playing, the all around physicality, and the Uber type transporting fun. That chick looked a bit freaked out at your Personal Protection from the Evil Virus gear - likely jealous. She didn’t even have a mask on! My dancing is superior, though. At least it would be if my body cooperated and the right music is playing. Looks like you can cook! That was a mean bird you took out of the oven. Looked delicious. No critters in the house? A beast, some birds, or fish in a tank? I have the impression that you travel a lot. I guess that could make critters problematic. We have a dog and I have a large aquarium. When we travel (if we’re ever able to again - damn virus!), we board the dog if it’s a short trip, or leave her with a relative or friend if it’s long one. I have an automatic fish feeder thingy for the fish. Speaking of fish, it’s relaxing to sit in front of the tank and chill. I used to have birds, as well, but replaced them with kids. Now the kids are grown up, so maybe I should get a couple of birds again. There’s a large cage stored in my attic. Anyway, do another sometime! Thanks for the entertainment.
Thanks Deckard. I'm glad you liked it. As I said with projects on hold I've had a lot more time on my hands. Regarding "the cutting edge drumming" you should hear what the drummer in my band says about it. I've been teaching myself drums during this time and for Ima_drummer and other drummers out there I already respected what y'all do but now much much more. On the woman in the "uber" scene. She is a good a friend and looks like that most of the time. That also was shot at 7AM so she might not have been fully awake and yes she should be wearing a mask especially since I gave her one a week before we shot that scene. On the lack of critter I do have a cat. I tried to get her in the video but she is a temperamental actor and didn't think her role was big enough. So instead she just sulked in her trailer and had to write her out of the story. As for a sequel. I actually have a lot lot more footage that didn't make it but before I do that let's see your superior dance moves. Understand you want to keep your anonymity but this is the time to do things with your identity obscured. I will make you a Clutchfans tipjar challenge. Post a video of you dancing. I will make a $25 donation to the tipjar and also post another video.
Yep. We're taking over. I'm still waiting for my Asian brethren though to hook me up with some of CCP money so I make some cash shilling for Xi Jinping online..
How are you drinking whatever's in the mug? lol. Anyway, constructive criticism : more dr pepper bbq videos.
That was a Coca Cola cooking video. You got a good memory that was like 11 years ago. I don’t think they do that anymore. FYI for those wondering I was on a local MN tv show cooking ribs using Coke as a marinade. Another friend said she found it very soothing watching Quarantine Ninja cook so maybe will do a sequel of Ninja grilling ribs. How the Ninja drinks is Ninja Magic..
I gotta take an elderly aunt to go to the bank today. I'm going to disenfect my car and have her mask up but I'm tempted to wear the Ninja suit to enforce social distance. Although it might give my aunt a heart attack.
Unfortunately it was on the site of a local Twin Cities TV Station. That show is no longer on and I didn't get a copy.
