trump needed the briefings to replace his ego-need for rallies. Once the expectation was on the timely and accurate delivery of important medical information outweighed his need to preen, the daily briefing no longer was needed...
I think it’s an awesome idea. Poll: 50-70% tuned in to be informed and what they got out of it is childish behaviors, confusion and frustration. It probably cause as much if not more damage to the nation psyche than the lockdown itself.

I have to say, unfortunately, that he deserves this kind of dissection, given the crisis, and given his inability to either prepare for his job or to reflect on his own performance.
They really have replaced his rallies as those are also filled with self-congratulatory rhetoric, attacks, self-pitying, random assides, and off the wall ideas (Mexico will pay for the Wall).
I applaud the professionalism of whoever had to slog through the footage of all this BS to assemble these numbers. They should get a paid day off for mental recovery.
