So Rockets decided to get defensive, even a bit petty, though still a nice little montage about how they would’ve beaten the Bulls. Anyone know if it’s from a documentary or something?

In a time where a documentary is released about MJ and the Bulls, the Rockets decide to release this? Even when nobody was even calling for a discussion about 93-95, they felt the need as if under attack. Then in particular that a series would be about Longley, yeah that’s kind of petty in my eyes. It might be fun and games, but that’s not how this comes across. Telling people how they need to feel is a sign of insecurity, so maybe look inward ;)

After 25 years of them saying we aren't real champions? I don't care if it's sincere or petty. **** Chicago and **** Michael Jordan.

As a Rockets fan, why should I give 2 fcks? Like I said, u oughta be ashamed of yourself. They’ve been giving our titles asterisks for years, but the Rockets release some 50 second video on Twitter stating facts and you’re crying? Foh with that...

Point well taken, but since they decided to do this, I rather they had put some more time in to make this a part of a bigger story. To actually show some appreciation for MJ, the Bulls and their runs, then show how we faired against them during both 3-peats with some footage of people speaking on our runs, the what ifs, Maxwell's recent clips, showing Olajuwon's interview excerpt where he says MJ was there etc. Max speaks highly of MJ, so does Olajuwon, and to release a video where you say it's about Longley in a case of a Finals series, come on now..that's not very classy.

I'd rather have fun than be classy. Life is short, it's entertainment.

Why not have both, watch from safe distance and still being able to toast a glass of red with your friends at the end of days?

Bulls had the intimidation factor when they went up against other teams in the playoffs.

They wouldn't hold that advantage against the Rockets because the Rockets had Hakeem.

If the Knicks had Hakeem instead of Ewing, Bulls wouldnt even have had their first 3 peat.

Neither would they if they had met Rockets those 3 times in the finals.

It’s great that the Rockets were for the most part successful against Jordan and the Bulls during the regular season. But the fact of the matter is that the Bulls were never an impediment to the Rockets winning. Jordan never eliminated the Rockets and we weren’t waiting for him to retire to finally get one. If we want to get cute, the Rockets owe more to Dikembe Mutombo taking it to the Sonics than Jordan retiring.

Anybody putting an asterisk on the Rockets championship is a complete ****ing moron and you can ignore them.
