Paul was around at least 4 other Republican senators, including Mitt Romney. All of them have been placed in voluntary quarantine.

That has a real impact on the passage of the massive Coronavirus bill. It will now require substantial bipartisan support. That’s a break for Democrats. McConnell cut them out of writing the bill, hoping they would either not take a close look at it, or that while Democrats in the Senate and House actually took the time to read it, they would be blamed for any delay. A delay McConnell hoped to orchestrate, in my opinion.
