I have a Judge which can load .45 long colt an .410 shells. This one can load both of those calibers plus a .45 ACP. Been wanting to get one. Also Judge only holds 5 while the governor hold 6.

We felt that we had to prepare that way also. Luckily we did as the local shop quit processing new applications. Not sure if it's a statewide thing here in CA though. Other half said he'd feel a bit safer having one in the house, so I started the process several weeks ago and picked it up on 9th. Was surprised at how straightforward everything was. It's not as fancy as yours however. Just a Springfield XD9. Plenty of ammo also since the guys said there's been a shortage.
Yes I have it’s pretty much a few baby slugs w bbs in the shell. It’s deadly from 5 feet. If you aren’t wearing ear plugs your ear will ring for a while lol

I went to the one on Dairy Ashford near I-10. They were well stocked before I got there. (kidding, i didn't buy that much...they had lots of stuff to choose from).
I shot the Gov this past weekend. shoots nice and straight and the 45 acp leave a nice big hole. The 410 game shot I had created a nice little spread at 10-15 feet.. would probably be a great gun for the mule, ranch truck or hiking. I need to order some of the disc shot.
I've fired that gun before...Loud and strong...I've been trying to get a 9mm all week. Went to Top Gun as their email said they had some new inventory, but when I went an hour later, everything was gone (selective marketing). They only had maybe 5 handguns (mostly revolvers) and about 10 AR15s...crazy times
