It's not obviously - there are too many labs that have analyzed the DNA for various markers to determine its history if it were man-made it would be clearly identifiable.

How about Norway... 3,314 and I am pretty sure they have "socialized" medicine... at least every citizen has a right to access to medical care. Its not free, but there are annual limits to what someone has to pay. Children and pregnant women get free access.
it is not just socialized medicine. It is about having a competent government. One that was more worried about people than how bad it will look in a up coming re-election. The lack of preparation and lack of testing is almost criminal. Why didn’t Trump have more tests why didn’t he order more supplies in the beginning.
