    The Italian CDC advice is for the Italians, who mostly use the armpit method.

    With this method the normal temperature for most people are 36.6-36.7 so 37,5 is clearly well into fever : the threshold separating low and high fever.

    If you use other methods like ie by the rectum then the temperatures are different
