i'm not sure there will be any "inheriting" trump's base as it is HIS. even after his presidency he will continue using his twitter gavel. anyone who goes against him will feel his wrath and risk losing that constituency. i suppose it's a matter of if haley or anyone else is willing to be trump's lapdog while being POTUS... if one cares about the republican party, they need to go there own way.
