Teams know Harden refuses to do anything but the step back 3 now. No pick and roll. No mid range. Far less attacking.

He has become easy to defend.

 

Gordon is washed

 

He's been really inconsistent for the past 2 months, but a lot of his shots are just not falling. Normally those types shots would be going in. I guarantee you he'll get his shot back and people will look stupid.

 

You don't think that has to do clipper's defense, and we are put in the pressure due to lack of our own defense. It's not just some randomness.

 

Harden's shooting is ****ing pathetic.. No other way to describe it. Dude needs to work with a shooting coach, because he's pitiful right now.

D-house in our starting lineup is a big joke!!! a great G league player to start in a playoff contending team.....

This is where coaching and management has failed miserably.

 

DeMarre carol could help right now. What was the point of signing him.

 

GreenHouse lineup the only effective one so far, but even then we've only played a few good mins of basketball. The quality of our offense is inexcusable right now.

 

Look at his shooting form 2017-2018. It was quicker with more elevation. He's moving at .8x speed out there.

 

You can throw out the "offense isn't the problem" and offensive efficiency numbers against the league out the window in playoff matches.

Rockets offense is not going to be efficient against a Clippers team that is locked in.

They have the right tools to limit our only two creators.

They dont need to double. They will stay man to man and make life difficult for Harden and Russ like they have been.

And the rest of the Rockets players cant create so most of the time they will be forced to take contested shots which they will miss.

They will also tire Rockets team out with their depth. Not only are they deep but they have quality in their depth.

In order to beat this Clippers team in a 7 game series the Rockets need to add more talent. That's just a fact. the Rockets need a legit 3rd creator or star to complete with the Clippers.

Clippers team has a lot of advantages against the current Rockets lineup.

 

I think Harden has fallen out of the MVP contest...

 

This is the problem I have small ball. If our supporting cast is not on it, we don't have much of a chance. All they have to do is play some defense hit their really wide open shots. It's that simple.

 

Lmaooo at the “ Harden’s injuried” excuse. Knock it off. He was terrible against the Celtics, KNICKS and now the Clippers, at some point we gotta stop the excuses.

 

I mean if they are still losing by 20+ in the 4th. I would just tell Harden to go down and shoot ever time down the court and shoot himself out the slump.

 

I guess I just don’t see a huge decline especially when the results are nearly the same.

Not saying I don’t notice some things here and there, but nothing that has pushed me to really be concerned.

After all he realistically is on his way to another top 3-5 mvp finish. It’s still been a great year.
