    Not BS, at all.

Social Security is straight up socialism. If you hate socialism, it just goes to follow that killing SS is on your To Do List.

And entitlement reform has been every fiscal conservative’s forever wet dream. Amirite?

So contributing for 35 years and expecting my money back with interest is socialism .... wow. Mind Blown.

What about divorced couples after many years of marriage who also get the same social security check of their working spouse while they didn't work?

If you support Social Security, you support socialism.

Maybe, just maybe, hating on socialism is just mostly meaningless political dogma?

A question I've thought of recently is...

Was Clinton a better candidate than Biden?

Her 'Scandal' wasn't anything at all. (Those emails tho...) and people didn't like her because she was an establishment lifelong politician. She was a much better debater than Joe, had more charisma than Joe, and seemingly was basically the Bama of politics. It wasn't about IF she'd be president, but when.

It's easy to say now that, no way, she was a horrible candidate...but look back at 2015 when it was a sure thing she'd win. That she checked all the boxes...and here is Joe, checking those same boxes.

He has some BS scandal that the GOP is going to jump on the moment he's confirmed the nominee. He's 'Establishment' which Trump will harp on weekly. Joe's ground game also has already been criticized too. I mean the only difference is he has a penis and Clinton did not.

Had Joe ran in 2016 and lost and this were Clinton in his place...I think at the least they are almost the same candidate. The only difference is that 4 years of Trump may have waken up more democrats to come out and vote...we'll see I guess.

Trump is a worse candidate but with a much better organization with a much more committed base and party. So I think he’s much more likely to win based on those factors alone but the voters will ultimately decide one would hope.

Trump has proven over and over and over almost daily that you can't believe anything coming out of his mouth. Nobody in their right mind with any moral compass would vote for him again.

He is easily the best President so far in this young century. He has kept his base and expanded it. He has kept or at least tried to keep his campaign promises. He has packed the federal judiciary with amazing judges that do not legislate from the bench. He has won back a lot of never-Trumpers who sat out 2016 or voted libertarian. The economy is doing amazingly well, unemployment is at record lows, most every person in the country got a tax break, and he will likely be running against either an outright socialist or a person with obvious signs of dementia. He is a MUCH better candidate this time around.

Just imagine what you could have done with that money if you could invest it yourself.

One big difference, we had four years of Trump. I voted for Hillary, but I was not too bothered by Trump getting in the white house, I thought he would moderate his behavior once he is the president, was I wrong.

I would vote for a brick to be in the white house now. I truly believe Trump would destroy our system of government, he would get rid of rule of law, remove the balance of power between the branches of government and make open corruption part of the government if he is elected again. This is more important than economics or anything else.

I do think I felt the same way with Trump. I thought he'd get impeached in his four years...and it should have happened but who knew the GOP had completely bowed before their emperor. I knew he'd do something dumb enough to draw impeachment.

But yeah, I thought there was some slim chance he'd actually do good. That his history as a democrat may show up and that maybe...just maybe, he'd destroy the partisan nature that has ruled our politics since he was such an outsider, and that maybe he really was a populist and would just go with what he felt the people felt. Now, I didn't vote for him, but this is what I told myself when he won.

Of course all he's done is make that worse.

I mean it's a no brainier that Hillary is a far more cerebral and intelligent person than Biden. I think that is as clear as night and day. But people really are tired of the Clinton establishment.
