    i understand that but I am not cussing....everyone expresses themselves differently, people may not like my comments but I would hope that I wouldn't get banned just because I express my views..

    well... ask him to email clutch and issue an apology or something, there's a slight chance that he might trim it to an 8 game suspension... who knows?
