Yao has to wake up to win this game. Everyone stops whining to refs. Steve must be under control, cat has to find out his shot. Taylor, please do your defense as hard as you can.

How about "Here lies A-train, Clutch BBS 2000-2004"

Edit: I think an angry Rockets team will come out and blow Portland to bits.

Roxs pull it together and win this one. I think the kings game showed they had improved from the losses to phoenix and golden state. I was totally expecting a blow out in the kings favor. Roxs win tonite!!

I remember what happened last time in Portland ... Well, I hope we do NOT have a big lead in the first quarter, but win the game!

If we don't win this one, I'm afraid it's last year all over again. We'll probably crash and heading to lottery just like last year.

Hopefully, everyone get their acts together and get this one. Watching the Rox lost these 3 games and the way they lost it make me sick. JVG got to get on these guys ass and light a fire.

    We win.

Did Yao ever have a good game against Theo Ratliff? That portland home court, rose garden?, is one of the loudest in the league. Portland is a streaky team, especially when the crowd is involved.

Pretty much we need everybody to have a A game to finish off the blazers. Lately, Jimmy Jack has been under the radar on this board. I think he needs to step up big time to hit those open jumpers. Cat and Stevie need to cut down the force shots.

We will be fine, if we keep ourselves under control. We are better team than portland.

Rockets will win. Yao will have his average normal game of 25/12/2.
SamFisher, and the new guy XUXJ will eat their dirty socks for a while till Yao drops to another slump.
That Juugie charactor will be stuffed further back in his smelly closet...

    Go Rox !!

    1. SF3 would not complain refs again, he will focus on playing, but get an average score due to lack of emotion
    2. Yao will still lose himself on the court, Portland only send a 6'0'' guy to guard him. After a 0-3 start, they even take that 6'0'' guy away because Rox would never pass the ball to Yao.
    3. MO and JJ will keep having a stable game.
    4. Cat will shot hot shots for a while and then ... forget to pass the ball.

And Portland will play a excellent game.

Wish my prediction turns out to be totally wrong :(

The problem is this isn't a must win --- this team only seems to play well wit h their backs to the wall and we are still up 4 games.

    It could go either way.......

who is the best yao man to man defender???
    (1) Big Z
    - his height and offensive abilities really offset yao
    (2) Erik Dampier
    - Strong, big body and like many others, he is allowed to push
    yao with both hands
    (3) Theo Ratlift
-tough defender n best shot blocker in the league. Also known
as the guy who made yao earn his first career technical foul.

So dont expect yao to have a massive game. To win we need great game from jj, cat n sf3

    To be positive, 90:87 ROX
