CP3 NEVER had a stretch of games in a row like Russ is having right now in a Rox uniform...lets see if it continues

 

Only harden has had stretches like this . Westbrook is just insane

That may well be the case.... I'd love to hear with certainty who the driving force behind it is. As a basketball fan in general, it's nice to see an alternate strategy being used.

But ... so honored to have such a competitor on our team. He has a brave heart and a beautiful one in that.

 

Wasn’t sure about the trade when it happened. I had mixed emotions, but having a guy consistently capable of taking over a game offensively when James isn’t at the top of his game is something we haven’t had during the Harden era. In fairness CP3 did it at times the first year and I honestly believe that was an understated reason why that team was so dominant, but last year he couldn’t seem to handle that load when we needed it.

Being able to play James off the ball and make him a secondary option when his shot off is HUGE

 

not really....I'd rather have this version of Russ on that team you speak of than CP3 with Ariza and Moute

But people really forget how dominant that Rockets team was when healthy during 17-18. They were like 50-5 when CP3, Harden and Capella were playing. That's insane. And it wasn't just the win loss record. It was the massive point differential they averaged that was just as impressive.

A healthy CP3 brings a different element that Westbrook can't bring and vise versa. CP3 can't bring the relentlessness to attack the bucket that Westbrook brings but Westbrook can't bring the cerebral management and leadership at the pg position that CP3 brought.

 

Agreed. Harden has some fatal flaws in his game. His inability to pull up in mid range hurts him. Still better than Giannis though.

 

Haren sad that people still use that term these days . Considering statistically he might be the best position defender in the nba and his perimeter defense has picked up but yao/lin trolls are still angry over the whole lin saga can’t get over their hate
