How does this work? Steve gets a technical, and gets completely screwed over on 99% of the ensuing foul calls. Divac gets the technical, and if a Rocket so much as breathes on him funny, it's a foul.
i came here to say something about the officiating, but you guys beat me to it. While I might not be able to say that this is the worst officiated game I've ever seen (the last Laker game probably was), but this is close. The refs did themselves in deeper when they make calls because of bad calls on the prior possession. it happens so often ... its insane.
Man, these ESPN announcers take the cake. Heyl, they made the cake, and they eat it throughout the game......... We are constantly referred to underdogs, the Kings are behind, but they could come alive at any moment, the Rockets lead but they can hear them footsteps a-coming........ Gimmee a break. If Bill and Calvin were in HD TV broadcast, I'd be watching them.

This is just complete BS. Some of the calls today were just atrocious. That phantom goaltending call on SF, Yao's over the back.....
francis complains and francis never gets a call again. gets called for a carry on the first play of the half. gets called for a block when he gets hammered. goes for a layup, makes it, and you could hear clearly that he got slapped on the wrist- no call. he blocks peja's shot- it's suddenly a goaltend. vlade complains on a good non call and the next play yao stands with his hands straight up, and yao gets called for a foul. no contact on the play. bull****.
someone needs to put a compilation of all the horrible calls and send it to the commisioner, it would be about 30 plays at least...even the kings' fans have to see the crap that is going on
