    Because its wealthy. I see Harold Dutton every Sunday. I live by the street he grew up on. My cousin cooks dinner next door to his home lot every Sunday.

    My momma, her brothers, my brother, all went to Wheatley along with other family. My uncle was principal when my brother graduated and a cousin in that class were principals.

    We all love Wheatley. Dutton backed a stupid bill saying if ONE sshool fails, the state should take the DISTRICT. WHEATLEY was already failing. Apparently he thought it would force something.

    HISD has money. Damn near all school buildings are less than ten years old.
