I just went through the schedule and came out 22-7 as well. 55-27 would be good enough for probably 2 or 3. I’m guessing they lose a couple extra because that’s who they are. 4th seed is my guess. Facing the Jazz in the first round and if we get past them, the Lakers in the second. The goal should be to avoid the Clippers because it’s a bad matchup as they can probably out small ball us. Harkless buyout would be huge for matching up with them.
The problem with predicting this Rockets team is they lose games they shouldn’t more often than most. Games you think should be wins are actually toss ups. They’re gonna finish with like 48-50 wins I bet. Too many blown games all season long.
I honestly don't see them losing more than 5 games. They are a notoriously better team after breaks. Gordon particularly
just gotta make the dance. dont think seeding matters much this year. gonna have to beat an LA team to win a title no matter what.
23 - 6. We are almost ready for lift off. When James regains his 3 point stroke, it's going to get scary. The defense is a work in progress but I think that we will improve on that end of the floor with more time to adjust to Covington vs Capela.
I hope I’m wrong but I don’t see ya winning more than 16/17 game of our remaining schedule with Harden still so erratic from the arc, poor defense, Russ sitting out B2Bs and the constant injury bug affecting the ability to get some flow going with small ball... I know I’m such a negative dude but to many times this year they’ve proven my skepticism right.
I think in the 52-54 range. (similar to last year without the catastrophic start) They also did win against the Clippers, Lakers and Utah on the road, something I have not foreseen. Then lost to GSW and Phoenix in a blowout. 48-50 is also very possible depending on their defensive poise.
