What a great thread. I wish @Clutch would implement some sort of thread privileges to posters, during and after games.
Small ball wasn't the problem tonight. We missed way too many wide open 3pt shots and the Suns weren't missing in that first quarter and a bit. They were 19/22 at one point and like 9/12 from the 3pt. If we would have shot around 40% from the 3pt and they would have shot around the same, the game would have been much closer, and I would have made us favorites to win the game.
small ball works when westbrook is on the floor this team sucks when its just Harden out there because no one else can create off the dribble when Harden gets doubled
What for ? If they are that bad , just close it and walk away , in an hour or two it'll be off the first page and forgotten or report it and the mods can delete it. I don't particularly care for these threads either .... but that's the simple solution. Stupid thread , close it and forget it. Its a pain in the ass for mods to clean this crap up too , I'm a mod over at Texans Talk .... That place was a total disaster after the loss to the Chiefs. Hell it was a disaster by the middle of the 3rd quarter ....
We live and die by the 3. Everyone should expect horrendous losses at the hands of some terrible teams with small ball. Lack of rebounding and shot blocking means we need a lot of energy spent on defense. Not only that, we have to run the ball up to get easy points, run a lot to create shots, and ultimately rely heavily on 3 pt shots which are easy to miss. On the plus side, spend enough energy and we can beat the Lakers. Not guaranteed but we can.
