    It's a hard issue to figure out. Obviously, the Russians are trying to foment something, but it's really hard to tell if they're effective or not. They've had hundreds of thousands of protesters in the streets. That's not faked. Can a thousand tweets a day really motivate a hundred thousand to march? Or would all that stuff have happened anyway?
