    Here is the thing though...the Rockets are not trying to replace Capela because Capela didn't fit with the Russ-Harden Rockets.

    We were obligated to give Clint minutes because of his tenure and contract here so say we went out and signed...a Mcgee like center...or traded for Jordan...it doesn't make us better, its arguable that Jordan is better than Capela in the first place really but any kind of basic traditional rim-protecting/rebounding center doesn't do much for us.

    If we got a guy like Love or Dedmon or Markief, sure, these are bigs that can stretch the floor a bit.

    We are looking for someone to play point forward for center basically

    People weren’t clamoring over Bruno. They were complaining about the fact that we cut him, an unknown young athletic player with potential, while keeping a scrub like Michael Carter-Williams.

    Morey must be drunk at the wheel or somebody else is our GM, .........Whats next? In a few years we will try and trade for Capela?
    Bruno is ok, but we had him on the team and cut him and now we bring him back......what the hell is going on?

    I must have missed it ‘cause I haven’t seen it. Regardless, Morey seems to sign guys that can’t shoot the 3, which doesn’t make since considering the offense MDA runs.

    As for Bruno, his shooting percentage is only 16% but I’m hoping that’s because he’s only attempting one 3 a game. When he attempted four shots a game last year he shot around 37% from beyond the arc.

    And you're cool with that? Harden is already pushing himself by playing injured & we've seen how that affected his game. Now, our "top-class" ownership/management decided to trade our starting center who had a streak of 6 20-20 games & is top 5 in Rebs in the league also has chemistry w/ Harden BTW for a backup SF (RoCO) & some bumass 15th man that's a career 4ppg 39% FG player....

    How are ya'll trying to spin this as a postive? This is an absolute slap in the face of the fan-base, they've been gas-lighting us about championship aspirations & their actions again & again prove otherwise.

    He has been playing hurt this season and has had limited minutes.

    Last year when he was healthy and got minutes he shot 37% from 3.

    He is a solid rebounder, he can block shots and has a 7'7" wingspan.... and very mobile.

    Seriously, we spent years begging Daryl to make some moves back before James arrived. And all of sudden he spends 1st round picks. Really something is missing on this story. Total change of identity on our front office.

    What is the point of Bruno? He was not even playing for a team with nothing to lose, are we going to make him our last line of defense?
