    Honestly a lot of times capela is stuck in no mans land guarding his guy and having to help on the guard who just walked around harden, westbrook

    Just imagine his mental state while playing.

    He knows the moment he messes up he gets yanked so he has to play perfect. It's a standard that doesn't exist for every member of the team.

    I know with Pop he has the rule that no matter who you are, if you play bad, you go to the bench.

    Exactly like Jeff said if you don’t block the shot you leave it wide open for the other center. Been saying that for ages but Capela always goes for the blocks even when he won’t get it. Capela to me now just seems to want to get his points and rebounds at all cost even if he steals a rebound from his teammate or if it’s a bad shot. So soft only time he dunks hard is when he is wide open. When it matters he goes super smoothly soft lol
