pluckers hot wings are the best imo. this place is tucson called bianchi's has the best wings nationwide though.
Do we actually have a choice? The wings might be nasty, but I'll go there quite often if we can order the waitres to get naked.
1. BW-3 (wild or Blazin') 2. Wingstop (cajun or atomic) 3. Razoos 4. Wings and Things (x-tra hot) 5. Hooters (Bentley)
You might want to be careful on that one. I've been to a few Hooters that have some questionable hiring practices. I know MasterBaiter and I saw some Hooters girls last week that were a disgrace to the uniform.
And dont talk to them about old customers that have loose skin and old balls. She ran away awfully fast after that comment. I just wanted to know if they had a 5 year plan or not.
the closest one to me is on Dairy Ashford and Westheimer...not sure, but i think they have a website...you might google it and see.
My fav so far: BW3 (Hooter's is just so-so) However, I haven't tried thiese: Wings n' Things Wings n' more I'd like to know the best place in Houston - is there a WingSTop in H-town? -- droxford
If any of you guys live down southeast side, you guys should try out a place called Wings Galore. It is on Nasa Road 1 and it has the best wings. If you go there order the spicy onion wing. Might sound weird but they have the best wings ever and thats saying alot since I have eaten wings all over houston. They might even still have the deal of 25cent wings on sunday. Not sure since I haven't been there in about a month.
Thank you VERY MUCH for posting the link. I made a mistake in my original posting in this thread. It is NOT a Wings -n- More opening in Meyer Park....it is a WING STOP!!!!!!! WOOOHOOO!!!!
That's what I like about Hooters' Wings, and I like the fact that they're fried, I not really big on roasted wings.
Curiously, the website is www.wingzone.com. That's the only one open now, there's 3 more slated as "coming soon". Next time I'm on the westside, I'll check it out.
Wingstop for me, but only because I'm not a big fan of the hot sauces. I like the garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper wings. BW3 used to have lemon pepper but they no longer serve it, so BW3 wings I like are thai and caribbean jerk.
I feel it appropriate to tell my hot-wing story here... I Went to BW3 one time on lunch break and my buddy and I got the "Blazin" wings. They were too hot. It was like eating pure capsaicin. If you stopped eating them, the heat would kick in, so you had to keep eating, which, of course, would cause more damage. I ate a total of seven of 'em. They burned my lips and my tongue, and burned my esophagus as they went down to my tummy (where they conitnued to burn). Any part of my anatomy that came in contact with the substance would continue to burn even after the meat had moved along. As I digested the wings, I could feel it leaving a trail of fire throughout my bowels. My stomach gurgled an groaned maniacally - it sounded like I had eaten a live dog that was trying to get out of me. I felt sick, and damn near had to go home. Later, in the men's room I allowed the wings to complete their path of destruction by exiting my system, all the while leaving a trail of pain from my mouth, through my body, and out my ass. Since then, I am not macho. I will not eat them, Sam I Am. They simply aren't enjoyable to me. I will never forget the trail of fire. -- droxford
I too am a puss when it comes to BW3's "Blazin" wings. I thought I was the man because I could slam down Hooters Bentley's with ease. No such luck with BW3's, I was only able to handle 6 before I felt sick. I did enjoy slipping the rest of my wings into a bucket that a few females were eating from at my table though. The look on their faces after they bit into the Blazin's was priceless.
