Our 2 starting forwards gave us a total of 6 points. I still think House is an NBA player and I love Tuck's hustle, but neither are championship level starters.

 

Said it last night,

We got the two most bipolar superstars. When they on, they on...but when they off...it's ugly. It looks really bad.

Death. Taxes. Harden never having a good game in OKC.

 

I know this is one game, but it's another one of those game we just come out and play like trash, no other contender does this as often as the Rockets, so much that makes me think this team just doesn't have what it takes to win the chip. And i'm not talking about quality, i think in terms of talent the Rockets can absolutely compete, like they did with the Clippers, Sixers and other great teams, it's just the mentality of the team that, i don't know...

Cause aside for all the other things/problems, like Mike playing 7 guys on btbs (and we just cut one of the few healty/young bodies we had while we still have like three dead corpes that can't even stay on the court), i can't not come back to the players here, we're not even at half of the season and they had like 4 days of rest before this btb, i don't buy the "tired legs" argument, team just didn't come out to compete, just like they didn't another bunch of times...which is, imo, not a good sign.

Not that this was a game against a contender, but it was the second game against CP3, Westbrook coming back to OKC, on TNT...like, i expected the team to come out ready and fired up to compete in this game, and instead...they were just fine getting owned from the start.

I know morey gets alot of blame for the roster but I think it's hard when you have an owner that has one foot out and one foot in as far as spending money goes. No since of cutting clark after he finally get minutes unless you trying to stay under the tax. Who knows what else that idiot stopped as far as upgrading the roster in the past.

 

I don't know why, OKC always f'ks us no matter what it seems like. Capela's balls just shrink to nothing against Adam. Gallo always kills us.

House and Tucker are bench players... used limitely most the time, that’s the major problem ... games

no one but Harden and WB can create.. EG still looks hurts... Rivers can get to basket but isn’t a great finisher or passer... BenMac should be starting ...

 

This bench thing seriously needs to get figured out. the rockets can't be this old team and not have more than 2 guys who are only guards that can only play. it's seriously ridiculous

 

I never seen a whole team play collectively like crap before...so that was interesting.

 

We were doomed when Shaq picked Rockets by 20

 

With Harden...its really strange..this seems like it comes outta nowhere.

 

Our offense is 70% Harden. When he plays like shet, the rest of the team (except WB) just gives up too because they don't know how to create shots.

Lol Cp3 even called game on us.....jesus christ tonight sucked.

 

Cp got that swagg man I cant hate on him. He did good when he was here. Okc has some solid players
