Something "has clicked" meaning he is recovering from arthroscopic surgery and a hand injury lol. People were just so desperate to be proven right they were clutching at straws to drag WB down 2 weeks into the season. Just waiting for a larger sample size before all these haters get called out.

Very true --- plus adjusting to a new team/coach/teammates/city/routine etc in and of itself will take its toll. He had been with okc forever.

 

I said ‘this in September we must wait to judge this trade at the earliest in February 2020 for Russ to get match fit and accumulated with the team.the guy is coming off two knee surgeries for crying out loud and busted hand. For the amount of limited preseason he had what he is doing is extraordinary.

Better yet, Hartenstein. We needed him instead of making Clint's foot worse, and running PJ into the ground. Those guys are too important.

My guess is that we wouldn't have been out rebounded 20-8 in the 4th period with Harty in.
SAC was playing with much more effort fighting for those balls. I got scared for a bit that they were actually gonna come back and steal that one from us when we missed 10 straight shots. Whew!

 

Way to go Rockets! Another great win. Russ and James are lighting it up as the best NBA duo!! Loving it. You know things are going good when Clint hits all three free throws and Russ hits his first 3 shots from behind the arc.

My favorite segment was in the 3rd period when Harden made those 2 beautiful passes back to back. The baseline pass to Russ for the 3 and then inside to Clint for the basket. My concern is the lack of rotation to give Clint and Tucker rest. We better find another veteran rebounder/defender to give them rest. Until then, better develop Harty!! McLemore, House, Rivers, and Clark just don't hustle for the rebounds. They had 82 minutes of playing time and 3 rebounds between them. Small ball small ball small ball.

clint dealing with a heel issue... just like the westbrook hamd injury....ima expect him to not be his self. him just being out there shows me his heart. so i hope people do dont the westbrook thing...get down om a guy fighting through injury. foot is important to a center

 

no people its called getting healthy from a knee surgery n mulitple finger dislocations.....its not somw magic lol. hurt players tend to not play as good. injurys to fingers n knees affect shooting n explosiviness repectively
