    Nice thread.

    I like "sous vide everything" just so I can get ideas and try stuff out. I've never delved into youtube channels or podcasts or such.

    The only one I’ve ever watched is Hilah Cooking. She went away for a couple of years. But, she just recently came back.

    She’s kinda funny, naughty, and sexy. And she cooks.

    From my links above, this it the best thing I've ever made in my life. Mine was a little droopy and lopsided compared to his, but I was honestly quite literally shocked by the taste. It was like tasting something in 4D.



    A **** ton of work, but mind blowing.

    The next two are in regular rotation. Good results to cost to effort ratio. Some of my wife's friends who dont particularly care for me gushed over how much they loved the first:



    The second is basically basic Puerto Rican chicken and rice, but if you have a Dutch oven is a snap and tastes great.
