Is that the one Trump and McConnell's been stacking with judges that never tried cases?

This is actually Republican stacked judges getting cold feet. Reversing Congressionally passed laws through the next presidency’s Executive Branch filing a lawsuit is probably not what the founders had in mind for law making.

The courts can make a case about the mandate but only because of the tax cut bill that was legally passed that affected the mandate. But saying the entire law is unconstitutional is beyond absurd and even the most partisan of judges know that.

So what did Trumps attempt to destroy Obamacare through the partisan avenue of the courts achieve?

-Potentially struck down part of the ACA that already had been discarded by the Tax cut.
-Gave Democrats a potentially gold mine of attack ads for 2020 on an issue that allowed them to win in 2018.
-All but ensured that a new healthcare law that is far more socialist gets far more support in the general public that a Democratic President can much more easily pass

Seems like a well thought out plan Trump

No no, just bribing and extortion would be enough.

I would say impeach him for determining what country needs military aid based on personal political reasons rather than US interests which would be an abuse of power for personal gain.

You better not too far out on that limb because if it breaks and you have to go to the hospital you'll end up bankrupt.
