Chinese people looooove their food, and lunch is a hugely important meal. We do the whole siesta thing, a two-hour nap after a big lunch is pretty typical.
I try not to think about what I have or may not have eaten where disgruntled/bored/stupid fast-food employees have worked. I've bound to have put something in my stomach that I was unaware of. It's better not to think about it. Stuart P.S. I hate pickles too, so i'm happy to announce that I take them off my burger as well.
does anyone know how much was yao's mcdonalds contract is worth? having a hard time finding the dollar figures. i read somewhere that its equal to lebron and 2/3 of kobe's nike contracts, any truth to this???
If employees are peeing in McDonald's pickle buckets, you might have to wonder what the Wendy's employees put in their chili.
Hey this is off-topic, but I don't know where else I should post this. I remember a couple of days ago was Kenny Smith's birthday on TNT, so some guys said to him happy birthday. However, I missed the Yao Ming greeting but caught the studio guys saying "that was funny" in some awestruck way. And here's an article I found on NBA.com: http://www.nba.com/blog/blog17.html With Charles and Kenny, there cannot be a "favorite moment." There are too many. So, here is a "Kenny Top Five," in no particular order: 1) Justin Timberlake busting a shot over Kenny and then talking trash to him in a celebrity game 2) Steve Francis totally freezing Kenny with a crossover in a pickup game 3) Shaq referring to him as "Kenny the Bum" about 10 times in the same interview 4) Video of a 10-year-old "Ken Smith" participating in a basketball skills competition in Madison Square Garden 5) Yao Ming's simple but effective birthday wish to Kenny (You have to see it to understand. Perhaps our friends at NBA.com can post it. I promise to exert my vast influence!) Did anyone catch the bday wish from Yao on TNT? I wish someone here can find it if NBA.com will ever post it. Thanks (was i stupid I was watching the show before & after but just missed the Yao part??????)
Am I the only one who find it disturbing to see them eating McDs in a pretty high-class environment? I mean, I expected to see Yao eating his big macs on a tray in those little chairs where he doesn't have any leg space.
Oh, nvm... I found it on http://www.nba.com/inside/ already. TNT is real funny man, people would catch the show after the game but not the game itself! Okay, enjoy and hope Hornets is losing again today with Houston scoring 100+ !!!
a 7'6 350 lb guy eating double hamburgers everyday? whoa talk about dropping some serious bombs. plunk...plunk.
Mc D in China is typically about as expensive as a normal sit down restaurants. I can say that the interior is definitely better and seems more lively. However, I do dislike the fact even Mc Donalds are stingy about Ketchup and Napkins in China.
Exactly another reason why I don't eat at MCDonalds... I've seen 'old' friends do some disgusting stuff to the food before serving it to customers...Not that it doesnt happen anywhere else, I've witnessed it at McD's
